Joyce age 77, went to Heaven on Sunday, August 19, 2012 after a short illness.

She joined her husband Bob, who had passed less than 12 hours earlier the same day.

Joyce & Bob were married on October 15,1955

She was preceded by her Parents and beautiful granddaughter, Katie Cassidy in 2005.

Joyce was class President of Libertyville High School, were she was a standout athlete and graduated Valedictorian.

She was also a member of the Iowa AAU "Redheads" basketball team.

Joyce graduated from Beauty School & work as a licensed beautician.

She was the best Wife and Mother anyone could of been blessed with.

Joyce was a wonderful cook, seamstress and homemaker who opened her home as the centeral gathering place for the neighborhood and 
continually served her community.

She was involved in the many activities of her children helping the girl scouts, boys scouts, band boosters and church youth groups with meals, hard work

and support.

Joyce & Bob opened their own company in 1974 working hand in hand until they both retired in 2000.

She was very successful, well respected, hard working business woman.

She was a devoted wife and a loving mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.

She is survived by her four children,

eight grandchildren,two great-grandchildren, three sisters, two brothers and many

other family members & friends.

"Bob" age 84, of Indiana, passed on Sunday, August 19, 2012.


He was surived by his loving Wife Joyce by less than 12 hours, until she joined him in
Heaven on August 19, 2012.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his loving granddaughter, Katie Cassidy.

He is survived by his four children, eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren, three sisters, other family members and dear friends.

Bob proudly served his country in the U.S. Army "Screaming Eagles" 101st Airborne Division during World War II and the Korean War.

He was a graduate of Newark High School, the Ohio State University, American Institute of Bakery and was a successful business man.

Bob worked at Don F. Bakery, Benner Tea Company, Big Bear, and Chatham Supermarkets, before he founded his own company in 1974, working with bakeries until his retirement in 2000.

When in was in 5th grade he won 3rd place in the entire State of Ohio for best Accordion
Competion included elementry thru high school levels.
Song Bob played was "Red River Valley"

He will always be remembered for his loving commitment to his wife, children, family & community.

Bob was a loving, caring and hard-working man who's family always came first and had everyone's best interest at heart, best Father any Child could of ever been blessed with.

He was proud of his time growing up in Newark, Ohio, his "Buckeyes", being a skilled craftsman, and raising his family.
